All ticket purchases for the Luna & Omi Puppy Yoga & Wellness Event are non-refundable. Each slot is intentionally reserved and includes personalized preparations such as kits, refreshments, and materials for every participant.

If you’re unable to attend, your slot may be transferred to another guest. Kindly inform us at least 5 days before the event so we can make the necessary arrangements.
